All container houses are equipped with an economical heat pump and hot water heater (in models with toilet/bathroom). Electrical and plumbing systems are fully installed and prepared for connection from the outside.

Housing

All housing containers are available in two versions

Winter insulated for permanent year-round living
More extensive insulation. The walls are insulated with 80 mm closed-cell spray foam. Ceilings with 140 mm and floors with 100 mm.

Less insulation for temporary living
If you don’t plan on living in the house during the winter, there’s no point in paying for extra insulation that you won’t benefit from. These versions have walls with 30mm of closed-cell spray foam insulation. Ceilings with 140mm and floors with 100mm.
